A. Vision & Mission

Mission: Every investor should be able to invest in the right products based on their needs, monitor their progress, access transparent reports, and achieve long-term financial wellness.
B. Business Conducted by Research Analysts

Publishing research reports based on independent analysis.

Providing unbiased opinions on securities.
-
Offering recommendations with appropriate disclosures of financial interest.

Conducting analysis using only publicly available information.

Ensuring advertisements comply with SEBI’s Advertisement Code.

Conducting annual audits.
-
Maintaining records of all client/prospective client interactions.
C. Services Provided to Investors

Onboarding: Sharing terms & conditions, completing KYC for fee-paying clients.

Disclosures:

Business activity, disciplinary history, terms of service, risks, conflicts of interest.

Use of Artificial Intelligence tools, if any.
-
Material conflicts in third-party reports.

During Service Delivery:
-
Equal distribution of research reports to all clients.

Confidentiality of unpublished reports.

Adherence to disclosed timelines for service delivery.
-
Clear caution when recommending complex/high-risk products.

Integrity, honesty, and respect for data privacy.

D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Step 1 – Approach Research Analyst

Investors may lodge complaints directly with Rainbow Money Private Limited.
-
Resolution timeline: within 21 working days of receipt.
Step 2 – Approach SEBI
-
If unsatisfied, escalate to SCORES 2.0 (SEBI’s web-based grievance redressal system): scores.sebi.gov.in.

Complaints are reviewed in two levels:

First by RAASB (Research Analyst Administration & Supervisory Body).

Then by SEBI.

Step 3 – Alternative Dispute Resolution

If not resolved, investors can use the SEBI SMART ODR platform (smartodr.in) for online conciliation/arbitration.

F. Responsibilities of Investors (Do’s & Don’ts)
Do’s

Deal only with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.

Verify SEBI Registration Number (full list available at: SEBI Registered RAs).

Read all disclosures before investing.

Pay fees through official banking channels or CeFCoM (if opted).
-
Retain signed receipts for payments.
-
Clarify doubts before acting on recommendations, especially for high-risk products.

Exercise the right to stop services at any time.

Provide feedback on services received.

Report to SEBI if assured/guaranteed returns are offered.
Don’ts
-
Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.

Do not fall for market rumors or misleading advertisements.
-
Do not share trading, demat, or bank account credentials.
-
Do not get influenced by discounts, gifts, or other inducements.
