Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Rainbow Money (Research Analyst Registration No. INH000021562), we are committed to providing transparent, ethical, and compliant research services in accordance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to our services:
1. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees, advisory charges, and payments made for research/advisory services are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

Clients are advised to evaluate the nature of services, fee structure, and regulatory disclosures carefully before subscribing.
2. Cancellation of Services

A client may request to cancel their subscription at any time by writing to us at [support@rainbowmoney.com].

Cancellation will prevent further renewals/charges but will not entitle the client to any refund of fees already paid.

Access to advisory/research reports will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Non-Transferability

Subscriptions are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned, shared, or reallocated to another individual or entity.
4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of billing errors, duplicate transactions, or technical issues leading to incorrect charges, clients may raise a refund request within 7 working days of payment.

Such cases will be reviewed internally, and if found valid, refunds will be processed within 15 working days through the original payment method.
5. Compliance & Discretion

As a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, we are bound by regulatory standards. We reserve the right to accept or reject refund/cancellation requests at our sole discretion, subject to SEBI guidelines.

Any misuse of services or violation of our Terms & Conditions / Code of Conduct will lead to immediate termination without refund.
